Description
Many automation fixtures suffer from poor positioning accuracy caused by low-precision machined blocks. Deformed or loose locating components will lead to assembly deviation, frequent equipment debugging and production loss.
This custom CNC aluminum locating block is fully machined from solid 6061-T6 aluminum billet. Complex multi-groove, through-hole and mounting boss are completed by one-time CNC milling. It features high structural rigidity, light weight and stable dimension performance. Designed for mechanical positioning and fixture locking, effectively guarantee repeat positioning accuracy for your automated assembly line.

Quality Assurance
Each aluminum locating block will go through full dimension inspection after CNC processing. We measure hole position, slot width and overall contour, remove burrs and sharp edges. Parts with dimension out-of-tolerance or surface defects will be rejected. Manufacturing-caused quality issues are available for after-sales support.

Packing & Shipping
Every CNC-machined part is carefully protected before shipment. We wrap each workpiece with anti-scratch protective film, then place it into shock-resistant foam padding to avoid surface scratches, collision damage, and dust contamination during transit. All items are packed in sturdy corrugated cardboard boxes. Custom-made inner foam is available for complex-shaped precision components. A packing list with product specifications is included inside each package for inspection.
We support multiple shipment options: DHL, FedEx, UPS for express small‑batch orders; sea freight and air freight for mass production. Shipping method can be selected according to your order volume and delivery schedule. All packages come with packing list for customs clearance.
